Spanish evening was this! Tonight it is served a deliciously good paella. It contains many good ingredients, such as saffron, chorizo, chicken, paprika and parsley. An extra tip is not to cut the fat on the chicken – it gives more flavor to the dish!

Spanish evening was this! Tonight it is served a deliciously good paella. It contains many good ingredients, such as saffron, chorizo, chicken, paprika and parsley. An extra tip is not to cut the fat on the chicken – it gives more flavor to the dish!

Ingredients 4 Servings of Paella:

  • 7 1/2 dl water
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 dl arborioris
  • 1/2 g of saffron
  • 1 chicken broth dice
  • 300 g chorizo
  • 300 g of chicken thigh fillet
  • 1 red pepper
  • 20 g of fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 65 g of baby spinach
  • salt
  • pepper

 

Do this for Paella:

Boil the water.
Peel and chop the onion.
Fry the onion in half of the olive oil in a large saucepan and squeeze in the garlic after a minute.
Add rice, saffron and crumbled broth cubes. Pour in a little of the water and cook slowly under cover for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally and dilute with water gradually.
Start hours
Cut chorizon into slices. Cut the chicken into pieces. Divide and seed the bell pepper. Cut it into pieces. Chop the parsley. Divide the lemon into chunks.
Fry the sausage, chicken and bell pepper in the rest of the oil in a frying pan in batches. Season chicken and pepper with salt and pepper and place on a plate.
Add sausage, chicken, bell pepper and spinach to the rice (when cooked), mix gently. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle parsley on the peel and serve with lemon wedges.

Free of gluten, lactose, milk protein and eggs.

Tip

Do not cut the fat on the chicken. It melts when fried and gives flavor. If desired, the fat can be poured out when the chicken is cooked.
