Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days from receipt of the goods.​ In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it.​ The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.​ You are required to keep the item in as good a condition as when you got it unopened in its original packaging .. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it.​ If the goods are damaged or used because you are negligent, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

Warranties and service
We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless on delivery.​ If there is a fault with the product, please contact us to see your warranty and describe what the fault is.​ We pay the return shipping if there is a fault in the goods.​ We do not refund rack freight and do not pay for postage.​ We also do not pay return shipping when canceling the purchase.​ In the event of a dispute, we have a policy of following the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
