Ingredients 4 Servings of Paella:
- 7 1/2 dl water
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 dl arborioris
- 1/2 g of saffron
- 1 chicken broth dice
- 300 g chorizo
- 300 g of chicken thigh fillet
- 1 red pepper
- 20 g of fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
- 65 g of baby spinach
- salt
- pepper

Tip
Do not cut the fat on the chicken. It melts when fried and gives flavor. If desired, the fat can be poured out when the chicken is cooked.
