Ingredients of Saffron Boiled Potatoes:

  • Cooked rice 3 pcs
  • Simple yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 pcs
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Saffron dissolved in water 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil in sufficient quantity
  • Salt and pepper in sufficient quantity

Make greasy the molds that you have made to prepare a saffron pot. Be careful that some people use cake molds, which is also a good way to make these snacks. Then grease the mold and adjust the oven to 200 °C.

Continue to make water, pour about three tablespoons of water into a bowl and pour 1/2 teaspoons of saffron into it to spread the saffron color in water.

Then pour the egg, yogurt, saffron juice, salt, pepper into a large bowl, and if you like, add the garlic, which we advise you to avoid for your party. On the other hand, mix the rice inside these ingredients and stir well until they are completely one-handed.

Cast the mold in the mold and let it stand for 20 minutes. Then, remove it from the oven and pour a little foil on the mold and leave it in the oven for another 15 minutes. After this, remove it from the oven and decorate the food with it and enjoy it.
